Is there a free plan?
Yes, just by signing up you get 50 message credits and 1 chatbot. You can use these to test out Echo and see if it works for you.

How do message credits work?
Each chatbot receives the amount of credits showcased per month. Ex: On the growth plan, each bot receives 1,000 message credits that renews each month.

One AI response with gpt-3.5-turbo (the default) costs 1 message credit. One AI response with gpt-4 costs 20 message credits. You can change which model your chatbot uses in the chatbot settings. The difference is because gpt-4 costs 15x (prompt tokens) and 30x (completion tokens) what gpt-3.5-turbo costs on OpenAI.

What counts as one chatbot?
One chatbot means a chatbot that contains specific data and can answer any question about this data. Even if it was created using multiple documents.

How do I know how many characters are in my document?
Once you attach your document(s) for upload, Echo will show you the character count of all the attached documents.

You can train your chat assistant PDFs, Website links, Podcast Audio/Video, and YouTube Links. On paid plans you can upload multiple files at once.

How does echo voice work?
Echo voice is built using ElevenLabs software which runs on whisper to generate speech and design unique voices.

Instant Voice Cloning lets you clone voices from very short samples of audio you train your bot on.

What happens to my unused message credits each month?
Unused message credits do not roll over into the next month. Your subscription will automatically renew with each billing cycle and your credits will reset for each bot.
